Teal on the Hill is SBA’s largest annual advocacy event.

Teal on the Hill is a three‑day advocacy summit that brings members of the Spina Bifida community together from across the U.S. to champion key issues, including continued funding for the National Spina Bifida Program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), disability rights, and access to affordable health care, medical supplies, and technologies. The event includes two days of virtual advocacy training followed by a day of virtual meetings with members of Congress, giving attendees the opportunity to share their voice directly with key decision makers.
Event Schedule
Sunday, March 1 – 12:30 PM ET – 5:00 PM ET
Monday, March 2 – 12:00 PM ET – 4:30 PM ET
Tuesday, March 3 – Meetings with Congress* throughout the day with a 6:00 PM ET End-of-Day Celebration
Registration remains open until event day, but if you register after February 12, you will not be able to join the March 1-2 group planning sessions or the March 3 congressional meetings.
Ticket Types
| Standard Ticket: Community members make Teal on the Hill (TOTH) advocacy possible. Your contribution, through the purchase of a standard ticket, covers the cost of organizing TOTH and hosting one person. | $50 |
| Community Champion: Makes it possible for yourself and one other person to attend TOTH. | $100 |
| Community-Supported Ticket: We understand that not everyone who wants to advocate at TOTH is able to pay the standard ticket rate. This ticket, and the generosity of community champions, makes it possible for others to attend at a reduce rate. | $25 |
