• Staff: Recruit, train, and retain actively engaged and talented staff.
• Board: Recruit, develop, and retain actively engaged diverse board members who are passionate about the mission, committed to effective governance, and ensure that the organization has the resources and relationships to advance and support the mission.
• Volunteers: Increase the engagement of volunteers in supporting the SBA mission.
