Marketing and Communications Committee
The Marketing and Communications Committee serve as an advisory role to the Marketing and Communications staff to support communication strategy and efforts to meet the strategic goals of the Spina Bifida Association. The committee serves as a sounding board for marketing initiatives and strategies, develops and hones innovative ideas, creates timely and important resources, and provides feedback on marketing activities as requested by the marketing team.
Members provide a diverse perspective on the needs and expectations of the Spina Bifida community and point SBA to valuable community, national, and even international resources. The service term is two years, and members may choose to re-apply at the end of their term.
To benefit from as many community perspectives as possible, SBA strives to include members from various areas of the country, and diverse socioeconomic levels, ages, ethnicities, professions, and backgrounds.
